Greetings and good health be upon you and your loved ones.
ahem. we are here to declare the birth of a nuclear network in which we commune in merriment to share the joys of lives seperated by distance but bound by family dinners. and will weir.
this is a safe place in which deep, dark secrets should more than likely be kept deep and dark, and shallow updates on your life journeys post college should be shared. mandatory tidbits to be included in every post include (of course): location, time of day, state of mind, people within 20 yards, last time you saw an ugly baby, and the book that you're currently reading and enjoying. if you're not enjoying, we're not interested. things that should not ever be included : state of you and your family's well-being, current occupation, salary, name and points of interest of your current significant other, and of course any impending children. we don't care. seriously.
all sarcasm aside, we want to keep in touch. we miss you. already. come home. you may be wondering about the significance of the blog name. chosen back in august of '07, it stems from a fond memory that many refer to as springbreak. on this blessed occasion 30+ individuals embarked on an epic journey to the keys of west. it has been said of that time: "ridiculous, impossible, unfounded." although harmony was the underdog, her banner rose high that week. it pretty much was the only banner in the sky. thus, we discovered and said often to ourselves "we travel well together." now we know that it was not just to the keys of west but to all corners of the globe and all seasons of life.
so come as you are and vomit your innards for all to see and love.
